The ColoredEye app is a helpful tool designed for individuals with color impairment or color blindness. This application allows users to identify colors in real-time using their device's camera or by selecting colors within saved photos.
Users can easily capture a photo under good lighting conditions using their iPhone or iPod Touch, then choose an object or area within the photo for ColoredEye to classify. Additionally, the app offers a live camera mode for instant color recognition.
ColoredEye features distinct color databases with unique sets of names covering a wide range of colors:

<li>BASIC: Includes 16 fundamental colors such as purple, green, and blue.</li>
<li>CRAYOLA: Consists of 134 playful pigments like burnt sienna, piggy pink, and turquoise.</li>
<li>DETAILED: Offers 134 descriptive colors like dim gray, dark slate gray, and gray.</li>
</ul>
With ColoredEye, users can ensure color coordination in various aspects of their lives, from choosing matching clothing items to selecting paint colors or other objects. The app also presents a fun learning opportunity for children when it comes to identifying colors.
